Built in 1943, this seasoned beauty gives new meaning to Southern comfort, charm & hospitality. Little Coastal Cottage has ties to a prominent Italian family who immigranted to the Gulf Coast at the turn of the century and during Pensacola's lumber boom. It sits right on the edge of Pensacola's Historic North Hill Preservation District and a few short blocks away from Baptist Hospital and short drive from thrift stores, Publix, and a slew of international shops and cafés.
Little Coast Cottage is situated in the heart of Little North Hill, a small neighborhood that offers lovely morning and evening strolls among majestic heritage Naval Live oaks (with cameos by local resident and native white squirrel, Squirrel Targaryen).
